A graduate of Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law, Adem Akkır has more than 24 years of experience in the legal sector. Following 12 years of in-house experience in telecommunications, he served as a partner at leading Turkish law firms.

Combining law and technology, he focuses on providing swift and practical solutions in real estate, technology, employment law and commercial receivables.

He is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association's IT Law Commission and plays an active role in the work of Değer Autism Association and the Sustainable Urban Development Association.

Selda Ercan graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law and holds an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from the University of Southampton. She began her career at Norton Rose Fulbright and later worked as a senior and managing lawyer at Gün + Partners.

She has advised domestic and international clients on commercial, corporate and employment law, trademark infringement, white-collar matters and international carriage disputes. As Senior Legal Counsel at Turkcell, she also gained substantial in-house experience in contracts, risk and dispute management.

She was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2008, is an accredited mediator and a member of the Istanbul Arbitration Association. She is fluent in English.

Murat Kalkan graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law and has been a member of the Istanbul Bar Association since 1999. In addition to serving as a law firm partner, he has held positions as legal counsel, compliance manager and managing lawyer in a range of corporate organisations.

His experience spans real estate and construction, employment and social security, commercial contracts, tourism, fuel and regulated markets, inheritance, administrative and tax law, zoning, enforcement and insolvency.

He is pursuing a master's degree in Public Finance with a concentration in tax law and regularly contributes as a trainer in professional and in-house programmes.

Esin Şahin Koca graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2000 and studied European and Commercial Law at Bournemouth Business School International. Over more than twenty years of professional experience, she served as legal counsel and legal executive at leading companies operating in banking, automotive, telecommunications, foreign trade and technology. She has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, the law of obligations, real estate, contracts, international and foreign trade law, corporate governance, compliance, employment law, and personal data protection under the KVKK and GDPR.

Drawing on her in-house legal experience, she provides strategic and solution-oriented advice at every stage of her clients' commercial activities. Her practice also includes advising natural and legal persons on investment, residence and work processes for foreign nationals in Türkiye, as well as international mobility and immigration law.

She is fluent in English and has a good command of Spanish. She is a registered Trademark Attorney before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.
